In 2016 Distrct Council of Franklin Harbour completed construction of a Community Wastewater Management Scheme (CWMS), each property identified within the scheme area are required to connect all wastewater to the scheme.
Properties outside the CWMS area are still required to connect to an approved wastewater system. Please find the application form below.
