Expressions of Interest for Lease of Waterfront Cafe - Cowell
With our $9.0 million Foreshore Redevelopment nearing completion, Council is seeking a cafe operator with style, flair and business acumen who can make the most of this exciting opportunity to create a unique café experience in a brand-new waterfront premises overlooking the new marina, the Cowell Jetty, and the beautiful Franklin Harbour.
